Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the client receives the rights expressly granted in the project agreement for the approved final deliverables. Third-party assets remain subject to their own license terms.

7. Content and Third-Party Materials

You represent that any content, trademarks, media, data, or materials you provide may be lawfully used for the project. You remain responsible for securing any necessary permissions or licenses. We are not liable for claims arising from materials supplied by you or from third-party tools, platforms, or service providers selected by you or required for the project.

8. Results and Disclaimers

We aim to provide services with reasonable skill and care. However, digital performance outcomes such as traffic, rankings, leads, sales, or campaign results depend on multiple factors outside our control and cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
